At Zyto, we know that starting a new therapy session - whether with an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, or Personal Trainer - can feel like a big step. Here’s what you can expect from your first visit.

  • Your session begins with a conversation about your needs and goals. We’ll discuss:

    • Your medical history, injuries, or concerns

    • Your current fitness level and movement patterns

    • What you want to achieve, whether it’s pain relief, rehabilitation, strength, or mobility

  • Next, we assess how you move to identify any limitations or imbalances. This may include:

    • Strength, flexibility, and balance tests

    • Posture and mobility analysis

    • Identifying areas that need improvement

    This helps us design the right approach for your treatment or training.

  • Depending on your session type, you may receive:

    • Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology: Hands-on therapy, movement drills, and corrective exercises

    • Personal Training: A structured plan focused on strength, mobility, and endurance

    • Massage or Soft Tissue Work: Techniques to release tension and improve recovery

  • By the end of the session, we’ll provide a clear outline of your treatment or training plan, including:

    • The recommended approach to achieve your goals

    • A structured plan for ongoing sessions

    • Any exercises or strategies you can implement between sessions
